Lulu has had more than 30 years of advertising experience; having started off her career in multinational agencies like Leo Burnett and Bates. In 1990 she left Ted Bates to set up the Media Department in Batey Ads from where she later moved on to head Wizard Worldwide Media. In end-2004, she joined Betty at MediaBiz.
