Helen joined Union Forty Five, the largest local agency as a media buyer in 1983. In 1989, Helen was appointed by Saatchi & Saatchi to set up buying system and head the buying team. She was promoted subsequently to handle media planning for MNCs like Procter & Gamble and Hewlett Packard. In 1999, Helen joined CIA, taking on the role of Client Service Director and working on clients like LVMH, Tag Huer and Air Asia. Merger of CIA with The Media Edge in 2003 saw Helen playing a key role in amalgamating the clientele base of CIA into the MediaEdge portfolio.
